Dear Exhibitor:
The 2025 Georgia Fire Safety Symposium is scheduled for June 23-27, 2025, at the Georgia Public Safety Training Center (GPSTC) in Forsyth, Georgia. The Georgia Fire Safety Symposium is scheduled to cover a full week to address required training hours. However, the exhibitors’ displays are scheduled to begin in Bay B at 7:30 a.m. on Wednesday, June 25, and end at 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 26.
The cost to exhibit is as follows:
Table - $200.00
Non-profit organizations’ fee is $30.00
There are specific exhibitor viewing sessions on the agenda in addition to class breaks for attendees to visit the exhibits. Exhibitors can sell products at their booths provided the merchandise is not restricted (i.e. firearms, ammunition, etc.) from GPSTC. We would appreciate a donation of door prizes and/or you may have a drawing for a door prize at your booth.
Exhibitor setup hours are Tuesday, June 24, 2025, from 2:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. There will be a Symposium staff person during exhibitor setup to provide assistance. All exhibits should be removed no later than 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 26.
